Ingredients:
[1] flour 1 3/4 cups.
[2] sugar 1/4 cup.
[3] baking soda 1 tsp.
[4] salt 1/2 tsp.
[5] milk 1/4 cup. (or buttermilk, coffee creamer)
[6] veg. oil 1/2 cup.
[7] vanilla extract 1 tsp.
[8] 2 eggs, beaten.
[9] 2 ripe banana, mashed.
[10] walnut or pecan, 1 cup, coarsely crushed.
[11] some dried fruits - raisins, craisins, etc.
Directions:
[a] put [1] + [2] + [3] + [4] in a bowl
[b] add [5] + [6] + [7] + [8] ... stir/mix well.
[c] add [9] + [10] + [11] ... mix well.
[d] pour mixture into a 9"x5"greased and floured loaf pan.
[e] preheat oven to 325 degrees.
[f] bake at 325 degrees for about one hour (depends on your oven).
or until top is golden brown and bread splits.
