Drumsticks and Dried Mushroom Soup

Ingredients ...

[1] Chicken Drumsticks(4). take out the skin.
[2] Ginger (7 slices) about 1mm in thickness.
[3] Salt ( 1 tea spoon).
[4] Cooking wine (2 table spoons).
[5] Chinese dried mushroom ( 6~8 pieces), soaked thoroughly in a bowl of water for 2 hours.  the water can be used as water for soup.  cut off the tip of stem if still hard.
[6] water ( 4~6 cups)

Directions ...

[a] put [1] ~ [6] in the inner container of the rice cooker
[b] put 1/2 cup of water in the outer container.
[c] press down the switch, and you are done.
