Seafood Pasta

To make enough for 4 people.

Ingredients:

[1] garlic (6 cloves), minced.
[2] Italian basil (3/4 cup), finely chopped.
[3] salt.
[4] large shrimp (peeled and deveined) or medium scallop (1 1/4 lb).
[5] shiitake/mushroom (3/4 lb), sliced. or grape tomatoes, halved.
[6] dry white wine (3/4 cup).
[7] fresh ground black pepper to taste.
[8] linguini (1 lb).
[9] olive oil (4 tbl spoons).
[10] optional red pepper flakes (1/8 tbl spoon or more to taste).

Directions:

[a] while cooking [8] ...
[b] [9]+[1], medium to high heat, cook until fragrant,
about 45 seconds. make sure the garlic is not burned.
[c] +[4], stirring till about half done.
[d] +[5]+[3]+[2]+[7]+[10], stirring for 1 minute.
[e] +[6], bring to boil.
[f] +[8], mix thoroughly.
