Greek Salad

To make enough for 4-6 people.

Ingredients:

[1] red/orange/yellow bell pepper (1 each, total 3)
[2] 1 cucumber
[3] 1/2 red onion
[4] Feta cheese by Athenos (must be this brand)
[5] box of cherry tomatoes or one large tomato
[6] red wine vinegar
[7] extra virgin olive oil
[8] salt and pepper
[9] Italian seasoning

Directions:

[a] wash and cut up [1] into long slices (not too thin)
[b] cut [2] into cubes, take out seed (avoid becoming too watery)
[c] cut [3] into thin slices
[d] crumble up [4]
[e] cut [5] into halves
[f] add [8] and [9]
[g] mix all together with enough [6] and [7] to lightly cover
all vegetables. (add [6] first to seal freshness and then
put on [7])
